The present Application is for restoration of Criminal Application No.605 of 2013 which was dismissed for non-proseuction by the order dated 23rd March, 2015. For the reasons stated in the Application, I am satisfied that Criminal Application No.605 of 2013 deserves to be restored to the file in the interests of justice. The Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
