By order dated 7/4/2016 Anticipatory Bail Application filed by the applicant/accused Karan Prakash Gurnani was rejected. The learned counsel for the applicant/accused submits that on that day learned counsel forgot to mention that his interim bail, which was granted by the Sessions Court, was ordered to be continued as he wanted to challenge the said order before the Supreme Court. 2.

Mrs. Kaushik, learned Public Prosecutor opposes the application.

However, if there is an interim anticipatory bail granted by the Sessions Court, the said interim bail to continue till 6/5/2016 and the impugned order is stayed.
