The parties have filed the consent minutes of order duly signed by the petitioner and respondent No.1 - The President, Universal Education Society and the Secretary, Universal Education Society. The petitioner, the President as well as the Secretary are present in the Court and identified by their respective Advocates. They stated that they have signed the consent minutes of order. The consent minutes of order are also 1/3

signed by the Advocate for the petitioner as well as respondent No.1. The consent minutes of order is taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X'

for identification.

Shri Marne appearing on behalf of respondent No.3 submits that in terms of Clause 6 of the consent minutes of the order, the Education Officer shall consider the proposal submitted for grant of approval and release of the grant in respect of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak and thereafter as a permanent Assistant Teacher. Such a stipulation is already provided in Clause 6 of the consent minutes of order. 3.

The Education Officer is free to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

The Petition is disposed of in terms of the consent minutes of order.

Rule is partly made absolute in terms of the consent minutes of order.
