Heard Mr. Katkar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Topkar, learned Counsel for respondents No.1 to 4. 2.

Matter was heard on 16th June, 2017. In the order dated 16th June, 2017, statement made by Mr. Topkar was recorded that respondents No.1 to 4 were reinstated and that the matter was amicably settled between the parties. Mr. Katkar sought time to take instructions. At his request, Petition was adjourned till today.

Mr. Katkar has tendered communication dated 17th June, 2017 addressed by the petitioner to Advocate Suresh Pakale which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Letter confirms that controversy between the parties is amicably settled and, therefore, petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Petition.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr. Katkar, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. Rule is discharged with no order as to costs. Order accordingly. [R.G. KETKAR, J.]
