1) This is an application for relaxation of the condition imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by an order dated 27/11/2015 in Bail Application No. 2197/2015 by this Court. By the said order dated 27/11/2015 the applicant was directed to attend the Investigating Officer on every Monday between 10.00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. 2) The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that after his release from jail the applicant is sincerely complying with the said condition. He further submitted that the applicant is a businessman and it is very difficult for him to attend the Investigating Officer and/or the concerned Police Station on every Monday. He therefore prayed that the said condition may be suitably modified.
2 /2 918-appp-318-16.doc 3) In view of the above and in view of the facts mentioned in the application, the condition no.2 of paragraph no. 7 in the order dated 27/11/2015 is hereby modified and the applicant is directed to attend the D.B. Marg Police Station, Mumbai once in a month i.e. on every first Monday of the said month between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. 4) It is made clear that the other conditions imposed upon the applicant by the said order are not disturbed.
