By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner plaintiff challenges the order dated 28.02.2014 passed by 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Malegaon in Special Civil Suit No. 75 of 2012 partly allowing petitioner's plaintiff's application under Order VI Rule 17 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for amendment in plaint.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, Special Civil Suit No. 75 of 2012 was disposed of on its own merits. Hence, nothing survives in the present petition.
