The petitioner appears in person and has tendered his affidavit dated 20.4.2016. Along with affidavit, consent terms/compromise purshis dated 28.3.2016 is enclosed. Clause-1 thereof provides for withdrawal of above Writ Petition.

Mr. Sawarkar, the petitioner in person has tendered a photocopy of the PAN Card, which is taken on record and marked "X", for identification. He submits that in pursuance of

2/2 p-3-wp.4236-15.doc the consent terms, the suit is disposed of as is revealed from Annexure R2. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the Petition. Ms.Aparna Adhalkar, has no objection. In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr. Sawarkar, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. Order accordingly.
