By this Application, the Applicant - Insurance Company has sought stay of execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 11/12/2020 passed by the Member, MACT, Mumbai in Application No.1632 of 2013.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the entire amount of compensation along with interest as per the impugned judgment and award, is deposited before the Claims Tribunal, Mumbai.
