2018.10.03 17:06:07 +0530 provisions of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 seized the vehicle Shambhavi Nilesh Shivgan bearing No.MH-14-AS-7364 owned by the petitioner in Crime No.424 of 2015. Vide order dated 21.3.2016, Respondent No.2 ordered to release the subject vehicle against the deposit of Rs.4 lakhs. The said order dated 21.3.2016 is impugned in this Writ Petition.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has placed on record subsequent order dated 27.3.2018 passed by the Respondent No.2 whereby he has modified the order impugned Shivgan 1/2

6-WP-1655-2017.odt therein and directed refund/repay Rs.4 Lakhs to the Petitioner. The said order is taken on record and marked X for Identification. In view of the subsequent development, Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition.

Leave is granted. Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
