The learned APP. on instructions submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 11.7.2016, the applicants have attended the Investigating Officer and have joined the process of investigation. She further on instructions of the officer submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicants is not necessary, however, the applicants be directed to attend the Investigating Officer till filing of the charge sheet.

2) In view of the above, the interim relief granted by an order dated 11.7.2016 is confirmed.

3) The applicants are directed to attend the Investigating Officer till filing of the charge sheet as and when called for. It is needless to mention that before calling the applicants to the police station, the Investigating Officer shall issue a notice under Section-160 of the Cr.P.C.
