On the basis of the undertaking filed by the wife of the Applicant, the order passed by the Sessions Court was modified and the applicant was permitted to deposit the amount of Rs.4,47,29,960/- as per Schedule mentioned in the undertaking. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to financial constraints the applicant could not deposit certain installments as per Schedule. It is submitted that opportunity be granted to the applicant to deposit the said amount as per fresh schedule. Considering the reasons stated in the application, one more opportunity is granted to the applicant. The applicant is permitted to deposit as per fresh Schedule mentioned above. 4.

It is made clear that, no further opportunity will be given to the applicant and this court will be constrained to cancel the bail of the applicant.
