Learned AGP submitted that since the parties did not submit all the necessary documents and had sought adjournment, the application could not be decided within the time limit prescribed by this Court (Coram : Milind N. Jadhav, J.) vide order dated 07/01/2023, passed in Writ Petition No.8930 of 2021. The period of 8 weeks was given to the authority to decide the application. That period is over. 2.

Considering these submissions, further period of four months from today is granted to conclude the proceedings as directed vide order dated 07/01/2023.
