The learned counsel for Applicants submits that the sole Petitioner Shri Krishna Mahadeo Patil died on 19th January 2017. They have filed Civil application within time.

Considering the submissions made and the averments in Civil Application, we satisfy that the Applicants have made out a case for granting Civil Application. Hence the following order:- "(A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus :- '(a) the Applicants in this Civil Application may be allowed to be brought on record of Writ Petition No.9335 of 2016 as heirs and legal representatives of the deceased Petitioner - Krishna Mahadeo Patil, and the records and proceedings be allowed to be amended accordingly."

(B) Amendment to be carried out within three weeks from today failing which Civil Application shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court. (C) If amendment is carried out within the stipulated period, the Applicants to serve amended copy of Petition on Respondents.
