For the reasons recorded separately, the following common order is passed in the above matters : i. Writ petition Nos. 2457/2014 and 1659/2014 and Criminal application No. 338/2014 are allowed. ii. The proceedings pending against the Petitioners in Writ Petition Nos. 2457/2014 and 1659/2014 and the Applicant in Criminal Application No. 338/2014 in the Court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate,40th Court at Girgaum, Mumbai vide C.C.No.126/SW/2011 are hereby quashed.

iii. Their bail bonds shall stand cancelled.

The writ petitions and criminal application stand disposed of accordingly.
