P.C.:- Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned APP for the Respondent -State.

The Petitioner is seeking directions to the Respondent to transfer investigation of M.E.C.R. No.3 of 2016 registered at Mulund Police Station for the offences punishable under sections 385, 387 and 120 B r/w 34 of the IPC.

Mrs. Deshmukh, the learned APP having taken instructions from Mr. Upate, API, Mulund Police Station, who is present in the Court states that investigation in the said crime is already completed Megha 1/2

Megha 5_wp_1527_2016.doc and the Investigating Officer is proposed to file 'A' summary before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from today. The statement is accepted.

In the light of above facts and circumstances, the Petitioner's remedy is to file protest petition and oppose such report. The concerned Magistrate shall pass appropriate order only after hearing the Petitioner.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of.
