The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has produced before the Court a photocopy of order dated 29-4-2015, passed by the State Government, which was

suresh 61-WP-5768.2014 forwarded to the petitioners by letter dated 11-5-2015, by the District Collector. Copies of the said order and the said letter are taken on record. Accordingly, we dispose of this petition. However, all contentions on merits as regards the order dated 29-4-2015 are kept open. It will be open for the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law to challenge the said order.
