DATED : 27th JUNE, 2022 P.C:- The applicant seek modification of condition no.(iii) of the order dated 20/11/2021 subject to which he was released on bail by the Addl. Sessions Judge, Borivali. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that he is unable to deposit the said amount on account of the financial restraint. Pertinent to note that he approached the same Court seeking relaxation of the said condition, but the learned Judge by recording that there was a misappropriation with the amount to the tune of Rs.71,08,212.76 in relation to the Bank, refused to entertain.
