After arguing for some time, the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant Shri Khandeparkar on instructions of the Applicant Shri Suhas Balkrishna Samant who is identified by the learned counsel Shri Khandeparkar and is also identified by his PAN Card bearing No.ARKPS3480P, makes a statement that the Applicant would not press the above Civil Revision Application and would be satisfied if a reasonable time to vacate the premises in question is granted. The said statement made by the learned counsel for the Applicant Shri Khandeparkar was put to the Applicant who is personally present in Court and he states that the said statement is acceptable to him. In view of the said statement it is not necessary to deal with the above Civil Revision Application on merits. The above Civil Revision Application is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. In the facts and circumstances of the present case, the Applicant is granted time up to 31st lgc

(904) cra-234.17 March 2018 to vacate the suit premises on the usual undertaking to be filed by the Applicant and his family members who are residing in the suit premises. The statement to the said effect would have to be made in the undertaking. The said undertaking to be filed within two weeks from date.
