This is application for anticipatory bail in CR No.395 of 2020 registered with Powai Police Station for offences under Sections 354, 323, 326, 504, 506(2), 143, 144, 147, 149 of Indian Penal Code. The FIR was registered on 22nd July 2020 by the sister of applicant. 2.

Apparently the dispute is between them on account of property. Cross FIR is also registered on 21st July 2020 vide CR No.385 of 2020 for offences under Sections 326, 141, 142, 143, 148, 147, 149, 504, 506 IPC.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that parties have amicably settled the dispute. The complainant has filed affidavit which has been annexed to this application stating that there is settlement between the parties and they are proposing to prefer application for quashing the FIRs by consent. The complainant is represented by advocate.

The applicant shall add the complainant as respondent no.2 in this application. Amendment be carried out within one week. The registry shall accept the Vakalatnama of advocate for complainant. 5.

Learned APP pointed out injury certificate of the complainant. Considering the factual aspects as stated above, the application can be allowed. Hence, I pass following order :

ORDER

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed and disposed of; (ii) In the event of arrest of applicant in connection with CR No.395 of 2020 registered with Powai Police Station, the applicant be released on bail on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount; (iii) The applicant shall report Investigating Officer as and when called for.
