FINAL ORDER :

This Court, after hearing the parties, by order dated 1st August, 2016, directed the concerned respondents to decide the proposal dated 7th October, 2013 of the Respondent No.3 - Head Master, Rachna Vidyalaya (Secondary) regarding the approval to
the Petitioner's appointment as full time Assistant Teacher in Respondent No.3-School, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of the order. 2.
As there is no compliance of the said order, Petitioner preferred this Contempt Petition, also filed Civil Application No. 969 of 2017 in Writ Petition No. 5667 of 2015 in view of apprehension that the concerned respondent has filled the post occupied by the Petitioner.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has pointed out that there are various orders passed in similar matters thereby directed the respondents to decide such proposal within given time and meanwhile ordered to maintain status-quo. 4.
After hearing the parties, we are of the view that the case is made out by the Petitioner for extension of same relief. Therefore, in the interest of justice and to avoid further complications, we are inclined to dispose of the Contempt Petition and the Civil Application directing the respondents to decide the representation as an indulgence as already ordered by this Court on 1st August, 2016, within a period of four weeks.

In view of above, we are also directing the respondents to maintain status-quo as on today in respect of post occupied by the Petitioner as the Petitioner is holding the same. 6.
The Contempt Petition and the Civil Application, are disposed of. No costs.
