1] The aforesaid Criminal Applications are filed for intervention by the witness namely Subhash M. Mansulkar in CR No.394 of 2016 registered with Hill-Line Police Station, Thane.

2] The first information report is lodged by the Government Officer i.e. The Special Deputy Superintendent, Land Records, Kalyan. The applicant is a witness in

The applicant is neither the first informant nor victim in the crime. 3] The applications are misconceived and are accordingly rejected. 4] However, the applicant is at liberty to assist the Investigating Agency by giving his supplementary statement, if he so desires.
