For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the order dated 15th March, 2019 is recalled. The Writ Petition (St.) No. 6410 of 2019 is restored.

Mr. Boddul, the learned counsel for the Petitioners state that the office objections will be cleared within one week from today. If the objections are not cleared within one week, then the Petition once again to stand dismissed for non prosecution without further reference to this Court.
