The learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to amend the Application to incorporate averments and prayer for the purpose of serving Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 by way of paper publication. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. The learned counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 had taken time on 24 November 2016 for ascertaining the addresses of Respondent Nos. 3 and 4. He submitted that whereabouts of Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are not known. Therefore, the bailiff has already submitted the report regarding inability to serve the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4. In the circumstances, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer
