Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, erstwhile Advocate on record in the present petition has not stated true and relevant facts and also did not place on record relevant documents. Learned senior counsel expresses regret on behalf of the erstwhile Advocate on record for his failure to place on record true and relevant facts and documents. He prays for withdrawal of the writ petition, with liberty to agitate the contentions raised in the present petition, in the appropriate proceedings. Learned senior counsel also submits that, none of the Advocates appearing in Writ Petition No. 3599 of 2019 were concerned with the filing of present writ petition. 2.
