On being released on Covid bail, the applicant has refused to surrender and despite the order passed by this Court to the effect that application shall not be heard, unless and until the applicant surrendered himself, he has not budged. Left with no other option, application is dismissed. It is expected that the Investigating Offcer shall effect his arrest and put him under detention, so that he faces the trial.
