In furtherance of the earlier order, the learned A.P.P. states that the Investigating Offcer has recorded the statement of one Chitra Kaduria, Vice President-Human Resources on 12/07/2022.

In the said statement, she has admitted that the applicant is working in PPZ company from the year 2017 and on account of offce dealings, he requires to travel outside M.M.Salgaonkar

2/2 64 APPLN-157-22.doc Mumbai and Maharashtra. She admits that she has issued the certifcate to the applicant, which is placed on record and subject to which condition No.3 imposed while releasing the applicant on bail, is sought to be relaxed.

The learned A.P.P. is directed to place on record the photo-copy of the said statement.

In the wake of the aforesaid statement, condition imposed on the applicant that, he shall not leave State of Maharashtra without prior permission of the Court, is waived with immediate effect.
