Heard learned counsel and learned A.P.P appearing for the respective parties.

Mr. Sawant, learned counsel for the petitioners, having taken instructions from instructing Advocate, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to make application for making entry in India to respondent no.1-Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi. Leave with liberty as prayed for, is granted. The Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

In the event the petitioner makes such applciation within a period of one week from today, the Home Ministry shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of such application. 4.

Mr. Sawant, at this stage, states that Circular on the basis of which the petitioners are blacklisted, may be given to the petitioners. On making proper application by the petitioners to
