The Petition is infructuous since both sides agree that the remaining supporting poles for the installed transformer were also removed around 10th November 2022. Prayer (a) of the Petition at page 10 seeks a mandamus to "immediately eradicate the unused transformer".

In view of what is agreed before us, the Petition appears to be infrucutuous, the said 'eradication' having been taken place. 3.
