Vide order dated 10th November 2023 the Investigating Officer was directed to place on record the progress report of investigation. The Investigating Officer is present in the Court. Learned APP placed on record the report dated 16th February 2024 about investigation conducted so far. The report indicate that accused company had settled the dispute with 140 investors. There were 572 investors. The statements of investors are being recorded. Accused company has filed Miscellaneous Application No.1555 of 2023 before MPID Special Court stating that attached land be provided to the investors by executing sale deed. The said application is pending. The report is taken on record.

Petitioner in person submitted that petition be allowed to be withdrawn, however, the Special Court (MPID) be directed to decide Miscellaneous Application No.1555 of 2023 dated 23rd November 2023 expeditiously.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn.

The MPID Special Court is directed to decide Miscellaneous Application No.1555 of 2023 within eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
