By the judgment and order dated 24/01/2017, the applicant has been convicted under section 302 of IPC by learned Sessions Judge, Sangli in Sessions Case No. 191 of 2014. Being aggrieved thereby the applicant has preferred Criminal Appeal (Stamp) No. 367 of 2017.
