Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that though police have filed charge-sheet, the petitioner is not satisfied with the way the investigation was conducted.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the charge-sheet filed, if the petitioner desires she may file a comprehensive representation to the Senior Police Officer about the investigation. In case such an representation is received, the concerned Senior Police Officer shall look into the same and take appropriate decision.
