At the outset, learned advocate seeks liberty to change the title of the Application by substituting First Appeal No.447 of 2015 as Cross-Objection in First Appeal No.447 of 2015. 2.

This Application is for bringing legal heirs of CrossObjector and Respondent in Appeal, namely Smt. Sushila Khushalchand Shaha @ Jain, on record, who died on 08.12.2021. While filing this Application, there is delay of 42 days. BGP.
