He was on bail during the trial and pendency of te appeal. It is further informed that he has paid the fine amount.

In view thereof, the sentence is suspended and the applicant is admitted to bail on the same terms on which he was released by the learned trial Court. The applicant to attend the Court of the learned Magistrate in the first week of June and January every month till the decision of the revision. 3.
