The Petitioner has challenged the acceptance of nomination paper of Respondent No.4 for the election to Respondent No.2cooperative society. 2.

Pursuant to the election programme declared for the year 2022, this Court by order dated 2 May 2022 admitted the petition, however, did not grant any interim order. The elections are now over. Therefore, the challenge raised in this petition is academic.

Keeping the legal challenge open in case the similar issue arises in future, the writ petition is disposed of.
