A charge-sheet has been already filed. Therefore, the Applicants have a remedy before the appropriate Court.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants submits that concerned Court be directed to decide the Application for discharge as expeditiously as possible. Such a request has to be made to the concerned Court before which the Application for discharge is made. Subject to what is observed above, the Application is disposed of. All contentions on merits are kept open.
