Ms.Gonsalves, learned counsel points out that vide order dated 2nd August, 2016 time was granted to the applicant to file the documents, if any, in support of the applicant's case. The record indicates that the matter was adjourned to 23rd August, 2016. The office noting dated 7th June, 2017 shows that the applicant has not filed relevant documents and the matter was listed today for dismissal. In the circumstances the applicant is not interested in prosecuting this matter. Hence I pass the following order :

(i) The application is dismissed;

(ii) No order as to the costs.
