The Petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India is for quashing the First Information Report registered on 2nd March 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel appearing for the first informant (second Respondent) has produced on record a copy of the chargesheet filed in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class at Ichalkaranji on 17th June 2015. A copy of the said chargesheet is taken on record and marked "X1" for identification.

Therefore, the appropriate remedy is available to the Petitioners before the concerned Court. Hence, we decline to entertain this Petition. By keeping the said remedy open, we dispose of the Petition. All contentions on merits are kept open. (A.A. SAYED, J) (A.S.OKA, J)
