The Learned APP draws our attention to the report dated 21.09.2017 of Mr. J. A. Shaikh, Inspector of Police, Khalapur Police Station. It is stated in the said report that a "C" summary report was filed in the concerned Court on 27.08.2015 in CR No.13 of 2014 registered with the Khalapur Police Station. In view thereof, the above application seeking quashing of the said CR has turned infructuous and is accordingly disposed of as such. The report is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.
