The issue raised in this petition will be covered by the Judgment and order dated 28th January 2014 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.6834 of 2013.

For the reasons recorded in the said Judgment and order dated 28th January 2014, Writ Petition is rejected. However, rejection of the Writ Petition will not preclude the petitioner from making an application to the appropriate Authority for grant of another suitable land which may be available for allotment.
