1) Heard learned counsel for the applicant, the legal representative of original complainant who is since deceased. The original complainant had filed an appeal along with application for leave to prefer appeal, challenging the acquittal of the respondent No.1 in the matter of offence punishable under section 138 of NI Act.

2) During the pendency of the admission of the appeal, the 1/2

As such the present application is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
