The Civil Application is , to put it mildly, over-ambitious. It seeks an order that Civil Revision Application, which is admitted, be taken on board and dismissed; and that the previous stay order be varied. Ms Gonsalves argues that there has been unlawful subletting pending the Appeal.

This is no reason to allow the Civil Application, which is dismissed outright.
