Claim in the Petition is that the Petitioner's husband owned 1 Hectare and 82 Ares land comprised in Survey No.97, Village Palasdeo, Taluka Indapur, District Pune, which was acquired for

2/3 03 CP-450.19 (04).odt Ujani Project and to satisfy the claim of the late husband of the Petitioner, he was allotted 1 Hectare and 60 Ares land comprised in Gat No.103/2, Mouje Belati, Taluka North Solapur, District Solapur.

The Petitioner alleges contempt of the Order dated 12th April, 2018 passed in Writ Petition No.6909 of 2016 filed by her. The said order simply directs the Respondents to decide the claim of the Petitioner.

Respondent No.1 who appears with record states that the representations received are to compensate the Petitioner's land on which her husband's house existed. Respondent No.1 informs that there is no proof of acquisition of 1 Hectare and 82 Ares land in the name of the husband of the Petitioner. There is no evidence that 1 Hectare and 60 Ares land was allotted to him in Gat No.103/2, Mouje Belati, Taluka North Solapur, District Solapur.

Under the circumstances, we dispose of the Contempt Petition, requesting learned counsel for the Petitioner to render proper assistance to the Petitioner in the form of collecting :- (a) The Award showing that 1 Hectare and 82 Ares land comprised in Survey No.97, Village Palasdeo,

3/3 03 CP-450.19 (04).odt Taluka Indapur, District Pune, in the name of the husband of the Petitioner was acquired.

(b) Order, if any, available with the Petitioner showing that land comprised in Gat No.103/2 Mouje Belati, Taluka North Solapur, District Solapur was allotted to the Petitioner.

(c) Deposit challans, if any, showing deposits of the compensation received for being allotted alternative land.

(d) Such other documents as may be relevant and are available with the Petitioner.

Enclosing as aforesaid documents, an Application will be filed in the Office of Respondent No.1 who is requested by us to personally look into the issue keeping in view that the Petitioner is an illiterate widow of a deceased farmer.
