The above Writ Petition has been filed for quashing of the charge sheet in C. C. No.1812/PW/2017. The said charge sheet is arising out of C.R.No.78 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Section 354A, 143, 147, 323 of the IPC. In the case of a co-accused namely one Alex Fernandes, a Division Bench of this Court in which one of us R. M. Savant J. was a Member, rejected the Criminal Application filed by the said co-accused for quashing of the FIR though charge sheet was not in contention in the said application. In view thereof, we decline to entertain the above Writ Petition, the same is accordingly dismissed.

If any application is filed by the Petitioner for discharge, needless to state that the same would be heard and decided on its own merits and in accordance with law.
