The grievance of the Petitioner is that the second Respondent-Caste Scrutiny Committee is not deciding the Petitioner's caste claim which is pending before it since 27th May, 2014. The learned AGP appearing for Respondent Nos.1 Aswale 1/2

p.511.wp.4870.17.doc to 3 submits that the Petitioner's caste claim shall be decided by the Committee as expeditiously as possible. Keeping in view all the aforesaid submissions, we dispose of this Petition by directing the second Respondent to decide the Petitioner's caste scrutiny claim as expeditiously as possible but not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Petitioner to appear before the Caste Scrutiny Committee on 2nd May, 2017. According to the Petitioner for want of Caste Validity Certificate, Respondent No.4 has not issued the mark-sheet of the second semester of the Petitioner of the course of Computer Engineering Degree Course. We direct Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to ensure the issuance of the marksheet to the Petitioner for the said semester forthwith. With the aforesaid direction, the Petition is disposed of.
