The application is filed under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1963 for quashing the first information report No. 267 of 2018, at the instance of the respondent No.2, registered with Borivali Police Station for the offences punishable under sections 498(A) read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
