This is an application seeking modiification of the clause of operative order dated 18.02.2019. The applicant is in fact directed to be enlarged on bail vide order dated 18.02.2019. However he could not execute P.R. Bonds in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- and therefore he is still in custody. Hence the condition is relaxed.

The applicant be enlarged on bail on provisional cash bail in the sum of Rs. 50,000/-. The surety bonds be furnished within 4 weeks from the date of release. The applicant shall be on temporary bail till 16.06.2019 and shall surrender before Special Court on or before 17.06.2019. In the eventuality he does not surrender by 5.00 p.m. of 17.06.2019, police will be at liberty to arrest the applicant and submit him to Jail.
