For the reasons separately recorded, we pass the following order:

ORDER :

(a) The Rule is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b), which reads thus:

"(b) By issuing appropriate writ, order and direction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India and Sec. 482 Cr.P.C. the proceedings in C.C. No.1834/PW 2007 pending on the file of the Ld. M.M. 22nd Court at Andheri, Mumbai, arose out of C.R. No.523 of 2007, may kindly be quashed."

(b) All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
