Already 06 weeks time has been granted. But till date learned Advocate for Appellant has not deposited paper book charges in the Lower Court. Chaper VII, Rule 10, sub rule (vi), of the Bombay High Court Appellant Side Rules, 1960 quotes : "Matters to be dismissed for non-prosecution where copies of paper book etc. are not filed within time." Learned Advocate for Appellant is directed to inform the Registry whether paper book charges are deposited or not. Hence, learned Advocate for Appellant is directed to deposit paper book charges in the Lower Court, within 04 weeks, failing which First Appeal would stand dismissed

without further reference to the Court of Registrar.
