The learned counsel for the parties tender a copy of Consent Terms for settlement arrived at between the parties before the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai and state that in view of the Consent Terms filed between the parties, the Family Court Appeals pending before this court along with interim application be allowed to be withdrawn.

The Family Court Appeal No.54 of 2015 and Family Court Appeal No.91 of 2015 are dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the withdrawal of the Family Court Appeals, all pending applications stand disposed off. The appellant and Constituted Attorney of the respondent are present in the court.
