DATE : 13 JULY 2015 P.C. :- 1] By order dated 21 August 2013 directions were given to dispose of the suits within one year. This order was communicated on 24 December 2013 and therefore, the suits should have ordinarily be disposed of by 24 December 2014. On 24 December 2014, this period was extended by four months i.e. upto April 2015. 2] In the aforesaid circumstances, there can be no justification for seeking further extension of ten months. As a last chance however extension is granted for disposal of the suits upto 30 September 2015.

3] Praecipe is disposed of.
